Processing time for regular order 10-12 business days weekends not included. Express shipping is 5-7 days not including weekend package will arrive 2 days after scanned in by UPS.
DELIVERED
If your package is marked delivered and you have not received your package, please contact USPS.
MISSING PACKAGE
If your package goes missing by UPS, please contact UPS to locate lost package. If lost package can be validated I will issue A partial refund minus the shipping fee.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your address is filled out correctly at check out. If possible send me a message via WhatsApp and I will update your address no later than 24 hours after order was placed.
BAD ADDRESS
Your address needs to be properly structured with a House/Apartment number, City, town and zip code. if Their any instances when this occurs I will direct call the customers for the correct address update. If contact with customer was not successful a refund will be issued within 24hours. If order gets rerouted back to Euphorah due to bad address, we will refund your purchase, shipping not included.
